Shipping:

We know how hectic life can be, so we pride ourselves in fulfilling orders as quickly as possible and our orders are shipped UPS or USPS Ground from San Diego, California.

International Shipping:

We love the thought of having customers all over the world, but please note that all international orders are final sale and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, taxes, and customs duties incurred. Please contact your local government to inquire about fees.

Order Cancellations:

To cancel an order placed on our website, please send an email to hello@thekatd.com with your order number in the subject line. We will make every effort to cancel the order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Keep in mind, most orders are fulfilled and shipped same-day. Return and Exchange Policy:

We’re really hoping you will be as obsessed with what we sell as much as we love selling it, but if you don’t absolutely LOVE your purchase within 14 days of carrier delivery, shoot us an email! We will take care of you! Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging for a refund. Return postage is paid for by customer. Clearance, sale, and personal care beauty items are final sale & exempt from returns/exchanges. We reserve the right to deny any returns not sent back in the original condition.

To return, please contact hello@thekatd.com. Include your name and order number in the subject line to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot issue a refund or exchange without that number! Customer is responsible for return shipping, tracking, and insurance on their package.

Warranty:

Please contact us regarding product warranties.

You will need to provide proof of purchase from our website. Please note, the warranty is non-transferable and credits and partial refunds will not be issued. Email us at hello@thekatd.com with your concerns and we will confirm whether your concerns are covered under the warranty.
